Emergency Island uses dreamlo.com to offer a global online leaderboard, to which your highscores will be submitted under your provided nick name. You can opt out from this service in the app settings. The submitted nick name can potentially be viewed by anyone else who uses the Emergency Island game. Be mindful of which name you choose for your highscore submissions and don't include any personal or secret information.
Each submitted piece of data consists of a display name which defaults to your provided nick name, a number representing the player's score and a randomly generated piece of text used by the app to distinguish different score submissions with the same display name.
Transfer of Data
The transmission of the highscore data is handled by Unity's own WWW API class.
The highscore data is stored on servers run and managed by Carmine T. Guida. We cannot guarantee the security of this data.
Log Data
I want to inform you that whenever you use my Service, in a case of an error in the app I collect data and information (through third party products) on your phone called Log Data. This Log Data may include information such as your device Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, device name, operating system version, the configuration of the app when utilizing my Service, the time and date of your use of the Service, and other statistics.
Cookies
Cookies are files with a small amount of data that are commonly used as anonymous unique identifiers. These are sent to your browser from the websites that you visit and are stored on your device's internal memory.
